After credit approval and shipment, delivery can take up to 7 business days depending on where you live. Standard shipping is done via all major carriers, including FedEx, UPS, United States Postal Service (USPS), and DHL. Unless an overnight priority delivery method is chosen, please allow 1 to 3 business days for warehouse processing. Once your order leaves our warehouse, transit time is up to 1 to 5 business days within the 48 continental U.S., based on your location. International orders can take longer time, depending on the Country of destination.

Some heavy and/or oversized items will be shipped by Freight Curbside Delivery using air-ride trucks to guarantee the least possible breakage. This is a dependable and economical service with deliveries being made Monday thru Friday during business hours. Deliveries are scheduled in a 4-hour time window and a freight company representative will contact you by phone to arrange a delivery appointment. Delivery lead time is 3-5 days from the shipment date. Freight Curbside Delivery covers delivery to your curbside only. Please note that extra charges may apply to remote areas and for complicated deliveries.

Express delivery by Overnight, 2nd-Day, or 3rd-Day service is available on some orders for an additional charge. If an item is can be shipped by one of these methods, you will see the options listed in your shopping cart. Next Day (Overnight) Shipping orders received by 1 PM Pacific Time will ship that same day Monday thru Friday for delivery the next business day. Orders received after 1 pm Pacific Time or on a weekend will be processed first thing the next business day.
