Curtain Motor is able to learn many channels from one or more remote controls. This allows user to group curtains for open/close individually or simultaneously by first select the channel #.

e.g. If there is a dual track system for a curtain and a sheer(or 2 separated tracks for 2 curtains in 2 different rooms), the 3-channel Remote can be used as follow:

– Channel 1 operates the curtain only (or 1st curtain)
– Channel 2 operates the sheer only (or 2nd curtain)
– Channel 3 operates both simultaneously

WiFi Smart Plug + Adapter cable 1450

The Smart Phone APP that comes with the WiFi Smart Plug is able to operate the curtain anywhere in the world and allows the user to schedule opening/closing the curtain.

The Adapter Cable 1450 is designed to connect between the 6-Pin Connectivity Port on Curtain Call Motor and a WiFi Smart Plug (Wemo, TP-Link, Idevices, …)

After the setup, Amazon Echo, Google Home or Apple Siri would be able to operate the curtain if you have one of these voice assistant devices.

This setup will only work for the following Motors:

Samsung SmartThings Control

  • S168-A or S168-3Y motor.
  • Z-wave Mimolite module is needed to connect to the 6-pin port on curtain motor .
  • Smart phone or Ipad control with SmartThing APP.
  • Able to schedule opening/closing curtain daily or weekly.
  • Connects other IOT things such as light bulbs, Smart Plugs, wall switch, Nest, door locks, ..etc.
  • Works with Amazon Echo or Google Home

Apple Homekit (Siri) Control

  • S168-A or S168-3Y motor.
  • WiFi Smart Plug that works with Apple Homekit (Siri) e.g. Idevices
  • Adapter cable 1450 is needed to connectbetween the smart plug & 6-pin port on curtain motor.
  • Smart phone or iPad control with the APP provided by the WiFi Smart Plug.
  • Schedule to open/close curtain daily/weekly multiple times.

RJ-12 6-Pin Port for Dry Contact in Low Voltage

  • The 6-pin connectivity port is for “contact closure”.
  • Any Home Automation System such as Control 4, Z-Wave, Insteon, Crestron, Savant,….etc. that is able to dry contact in low voltage would be able to operate the curtain.
  • Amazon Echo, Google Home, Apple Homekit (Siri) is also able to operate the curtain through the above setup. (or using a WiFi Samrt Plug and Adapter Cable 1450)
